Motion to approve the project with the following comments regarding the proposal: 1). Install a uniform awning system over the entirety of the storefront (rigid valance, open-sided awning, with the "Almadina Imports" name only placed over the doorway entry awning). 2). Removal of all existing signage, canopies, etc. (including pole sign) 3). Repair and patch as needed, to match existing 4). Study the removal of material covering the bulkhead windows on the left side of storefront. |
